Our History
Equator Energy Corporation was founded in 2011 by a retired Philippine Army Mechanical Engineer, who was inspired by renewable energy in 1996. After retiring in 2001, he created Equator Oil Station, the first energy-efficient gas station in the Philippines, with 25% of its energy from solar power. Building on this success, he aimed to provide Filipinos with cheaper and cleaner energy, leading to the formation of Equator Energy Corporation. The company is now working towards becoming the largest solar and wind energy provider in the Philippines, serving Metro Manila and remote areas across the country.
